This is a full-time role reporting to the CTO. The Director, IT Operations & DevOps will lead CanadaHelps’ Infrastructure, DevOps and internal IT functions to ensure technology platforms are reliable, secure, scalable and well supported as the organization grows and modernizes. This is a new role.
The role strengthens the operational foundations of the organization through improved processes, automation, service management practices and governance. It drives infrastructure modernization, improves platform reliability and resiliency, reduces operational risk, and supports the evolution of CanadaHelps’ cloud and operational capabilities.
