Director, Maritime Performance & Projects

Purpose & Scope:
- To drive optimization of maritime performance and external reporting, emphasizing energy management and deliver comprehensive Maritime Technical Support throughout the organization.-
- Lead maintenance processes, provide strategic input, and manage projects beyond standard fleet management.-
- Spearhead the implementation of new maritime regulations and technology.-
- This role involves managerial responsibilities, including overseeing team members, setting goals, and ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
