Director, Mortgage Security - Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL)

What you will be doing: As the Director, Mortgage Security, you will provide senior leadership in safeguarding the Real Estate Secured Lending business by overseeing mortgage-related fraud, AML, and reputational risk matters with sound judgment and discretion. You will deliver clear, independent advice on complex issues that influence business decisions, strengthen controls, and uphold the integrity of RESL’s lending practices. Through strong relationship leadership, industry awareness, and specialized investigative capability, you will enhance risk culture and supports a resilient and well‑governed mortgage business.
