This leader will architect, develop, and support internal and external applications that enable campus stakeholders and fundraising teams to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and thrives in a collaborative, low drama environment. This role blends 60% management with 40% hands on engineering, working across .NET, React, SQL, Power BI, and Blackbaud CRM while guiding a growing team and driving strategic technology initiatives — including ongoing AI exploration.
