Role Description & Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development – CPG (Science) to accelerate growth across North America. This role is responsible for defining and executing market development strategies that expand pipeline, improve win rates, and drive revenue within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
As a senior, customer-facing leader, you will act as a business catalyst—connecting Industry, Brands, GEOs, and Clients from opportunity identification through deal signature. You will lead complex, high-value engagements, influence executive stakeholders, and position differentiated solutions across Lab, Material Science, Formulation, and Modeling & Simulation domains in Food, Cosmetics, Laundry, and Packaging markets.
