Job Description

Ensure the integrity of the Association as the Complaints Director, overseeing vital complaint resolutions and public safety in this impactful role. Lead the implementation of Article X and manage the Complaints Resolution Process effectively.

In this leadership position, you'll report to the CEO while guiding the administration of the complaints resolution based on Article X. Your responsibilities will include assessing complaints against NHPC members, investigating issues, and implementing resolutions. A strong legal and ethical background is essential for this role to enhance public confidence in our Association.
