Lead digital transformation at Kensington Tours as the Director of Customer Experience Optimization in Toronto, ON. Drive data-driven strategies for enhancing customer journeys across all digital platforms.
In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the evolution of customer experience and digital acquisition.
