The Role (Primary Responsibilities)

• Comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
• Supervise and manage faculty members and staff, providing day‑to‑day performance coaching and monthly advisements.
• Recruit, train, and develop faculty members and staff.
• Conduct classroom observations on a regular basis.
• Work with faculty members to perform curriculum reviews to improve quality of instruction.
