Elevate passenger aviation with Air Canada as the Director of In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity. Lead the strategy and development for onboard digital experiences across multiple brands.
This leadership role is pivotal in defining Air Canada’s in-flight entertainment and connectivity vision. You will oversee product development, engineering integration, and the end-to-end delivery of innovative customer-centric experiences. Working across Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge, and Air Canada Express, you will drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define digital vision for in-flight entertainment and connectivity
• Lead product and engineering teams for system design
• Oversee intuitive IFE UI development for customer engagement
• Manage global connectivity network with multiple providers
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• 10+ years in product design and engineering
