Job Description
Lead the operations at a leisure centre focused on community engagement and sports programming. This full-time role includes managing services and overseeing program development, with a salary of $24.00 per hour.
As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing various recreational programs. This includes organizing national and provincial training initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will also prepare budgets, monitor financials, and arrange sponsorships while supervising a team of 11-15 staff members.
