Job Summary Establishes merchandising objectives for assigned categories and leads the financial planning process, from setting targets to guiding pricing optimization. Drives the assortment planning cycle by reviewing category performance, informing line reviews, and negotiating with suppliers. Develops operational plans that support SOAR execution. Oversees supplier management strategies, including sourcing, selection, and rationalization, to ensure alignment with business needs.
