We are seeking an experienced Director – Delivery Operations to lead large-scale US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) and Hospital Billing operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, revenue optimization, process improvements, and people leadership across multiple delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Hospital Billing and AR operations, ensuring achievement of client SLAs, KPIs, quality, and productivity targets.
Drive collections performance, denial management, insurance follow-up, appeals, and AR aging reduction.
