This senior leadership role demands a commercially minded operations expert with a track record in scaling complex manufacturing systems. You will oversee crucial functions—engineering, EHS, quality, and finance—while implementing structure and driving cultural transformation through Lean methodologies. Successful candidates will enhance accountability and leadership across teams and align with senior stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop teams across two manufacturing locations
• Drive Lean / Continuous Improvement practices
• Optimize capabilities in a high-mix, engineer-to-order setting
• Establish performance metrics and accountability standards
• Control site-level financial performance including budgeting
