Operational Excellence & Standardization: Oversee daily operations across all retail centers and business units, ensuring strict SOP compliance, service delivery, and standardized processes.
Financial & P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the P&L, optimize budgets and costs, track center-level ROI, and continuously improve EBITDA margins without compromising on the guest experience.
Business Growth & Expansion: Lead the strategic scaling of new formats, centers, and city launches while evaluating market opportunities and profitable brand/franchise partnerships.
Customer Experience (CX) Leadership: Standardize and elevate the in-center experience to boost customer retention, loyalty metrics, and Net Promoter Scores.
