**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Organize, observe, and oversee the implementation of daily operations of the entire business, including Service, Retrofit, Automation, Sales, and Warehouse.
+ Observations and recommendations to be taken to the Management team to initiate a platform for collective discussion, obtaining collective ideas for areas of improvement and ways to implement said areas.
+ Upon agreement and buy-in from the Management Team, the Director of Operations will take the lead in driving such changes and modifications with the help of the Department Managers in enforci...
