THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands‑on, tech‑forward Director of Operations to work with the Ops Leadership Team on stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling our e‑commerce fulfillment and supply chain infrastructure. You will directly oversee Canadian fulfillment operations, logistics, and inventory management, while helping improve our operational technology stack and leading impactful projects. This role is on‑site first in our Oakville, ON office.
