Job Description

This role is responsible for the design, governance, and technology-driven evolution of the group-wide remuneration strategy. Positioned at the intersection of complex financial reward structures and boardroom governance, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEOs, CFO, and the Rem Co to attract, motivate, and retain top-tier investment and corporate talent.

  • Drive the executive compensation agenda, manage the Rem Co, and deliver decision-focused materials to the CEOs, CFO, and Board in alignment with ASX requirements.
  • Lead the strategy and design of sophisticated variable reward programs globally, including equity, co-investment, and specialised carry structures.
  • Execute the end-to-end annual remuneration review, partnering tightly with Finance to ensure outcomes are commercially viable and aligned with corporate budgets.
