Job Description

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading sales growth with major Canadian retailers including Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Costco, and others. This role requires strong sales leadership, proven success in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and financial acumen with full P&L responsibility. Initially hands‑on with key account management, you’ll transition into leading a sales team while driving profitability, growth, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow national accounts (Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Costco, Rona, etc.)

Build and maintain strong retailer relationships at decision‑maker level

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals

Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of sales professionals

Drive profitability through P&L oversight, budgeting, and financial reporting
