We are looking for a Director of Software DevelopmentA hybrid profile: strategic yethands-on, with experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial institutions.This role will lead multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, UX, infrastructure) and define the technology architecture for a secure, scalable, and compliant financial platform.
?10+ years in software development, 5+ years in tech leadership?
Proven experience in regulatory compliance (CNBV, Banxico, Fintech Law)?
Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS), CI/CD, security, and digital banking core systems?
Ability to translate business vision into innovative technological solutions?
