What will you do 
 ? Be ultimately accountable for demand being fulfilled at a client 
Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process; setting policies and processes for different parts of the process, measuring KPIs for each part of the process, understanding market competitiveness and coordinating recruiter communication, developing sales skills, leading the interview process to ensure a strong positive candidate experience, and providing interview and feedback training 
Develop processes for forecasting demand, by skill, to be planned for the medium term, and creating fulfillment plans for the short term 
Lead sourcing strategies through a variety of sourcing channels including the use of social media with an emphasis on passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of recruiting tools 
Develop a process to ensure that a pipeline for candidates is always available for each service line and institutionalize the principle of “ABC” – ...
