• Acquire and lead procurement engagements with the objective to transform the procurement Target Operating Model, including the technology landscape
• Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes (such as Source‑to‑Pay, strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier management, contract management, order management, invoicing & payments), systems and organizational set‑ups of procurement functions
• Support our clients in improving the efficiency and quality of their procurement shared service centers / buying centers, outsourcing contracts, decentralized business units and the strategic partnership of their procurement Business Partners
