Director, Quick Commerce

We are hiring a Director, Quick Commerce to lead and scale the Quick Commerce business at foodpanda Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Quick Commerce APAC, with a dotted line to the Managing Director of foodpanda Malaysia, this role will have full ownership of the business end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and P&L performance.

You will lead both our 1P dark store business (pandamart) and 3P marketplace partnerships with major grocery and non-grocery retailers. This role requires a strategic and hands‑on leader who can define the long-term vision, mobilize cross-functional teams, and build strong executive relationships with key partners across the market.
