Director, Sales – EMEA
The Director, Sales – EMEA is responsible for leading and accelerating FDH Electronics’ commercial growth across the EMEA region. This executive will drive revenue expansion, margin improvement, strategic account penetration, and commercial excellence while building a high‑performing, scalable sales organization.
This role requires a strong commercial operator who can balance leadership, distribution channel optimization, and new market expansion.
Responsibilities
Regional Revenue Leadership
- Own full P&L responsibility for EMEA (including India) revenue performance.
- Deliver annual revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets.
- Develop and execute a 3-year commercial growth strategy and beyond aligned with global objectives.
- Drive organic growth through new customer acquisition, share‑of‑wallet expansion, and cross‑selling.
