Position Overview
The Director, Sales Operations is hands‑on, driving revenue growth and global sales team productivity by optimizing processes, systems, applications, tools and data analytics. They manage CRM systems, forecasting, territory design, and reporting while collaborating with sales leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance the end-to-end sales process to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability (This includes defining and implementing a renewal process).
- Technology & CRM Management: Oversee the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, system adoption, and integration of new tools.
