- Manage and maintain customer relationships using Salesforce CRM platform - Handle key enterprise accounts and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams - Support sales strategy development and execution for business growth - Track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and reporting using CRM tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and client servicing - Ensure accurate data management and reporting within Salesforce systems - Assist in identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services - Provide insights and analytics to improve customer engagement and decision-making - Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and leadership teams - Ensure compliance with organizational sales policies and processes
