Director, Server Management (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

Director of Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for the coordination of general operations for their department function across GTS and for the management of cross‑functional processes. This role will bring together the technology, people, and processes necessary to support the delivery of streamlined, technology‑enabled business services.

• Responsible for global Windows Server, Linux Server, and Storage platforms.
• Responsible for Server Operations globally, both on‑prem and in cloud providers.
• Ensures department alignment to GTS priorities and strategy.
• Track and report on departmental metrics and compliance status.
• Ensure vulnerabilities are remediated and operational activities are completed within defined SLA.
