The recruitment of a director has been released by Hydro One. They’re inviting candidates to share their applications. The role is to lead the implementation of compliance-related OEB decisions, directions, or policies and lead Hydro One’s response to OEB compliance inquiries and investigations. Responsibilities
Candidates working in this post are appointed to monitor and resolve emergent regulatory issues particularly as they relate to compliance matters. Lead the ongoing assessment and review of internal processes and controls to ensure OEB compliance and identify and implement process improvements. Provide direction to other departments on the preparation of data and materials to be filed with the Ontario Energy Board and other regulators. Manage communications between regulators, senior management and Hydro One. Manage the department’s budget, and training and development needs.
