We are proud to be supporting a growing Biotechnologh Company, specialising in next-generation antibody-drug conjugates. We are seeking a Director of Translational Sciences to support oncology programmes from preclinical development into early clinical studies.
This role focuses on translating tumour biology and mechanism-of-action into clinically actionable strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Define translational strategy for oncology/ADC programmes
- Develop biomarker and patient selection strategies
- Bridge preclinical tumour models with clinical endpoints
- Support IND-enabling and early clinical development activities
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and clinical strategy
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in biomarker identification and validation
- Experience moving programmes from preclinical into clinic
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
