The Work & Rewards practice helps clients align their people strategy with business objectives through insights, data and advisory services.
We are organised as a Multinational cluster, working across the Benelux, Nordics and Switzerland. Our clients operate across multiple countries and require consistent global frameworks combined with local flexibility to navigate different markets, regulations and workforce expectations.
