Job Description

The Director, Workday & HRIS, will be responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing Human Resources technology strategies and methodologies to meet business needs.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage Workday for the Perseus Division globally within a shared Workday environment; collaborate with other tenant owners to collectively govern Workday while ensuring Perseus-specific requirements and goals are achieved.
  • Ability to identify issues and apply judgment to find proactive solutions within our HR system.
  • Document and maintain accurate, thorough HRIS end-user processes and procedures, and ensure training is provided to end users across the organization.
  • Lead strategic planning for Perseus within the shared Workday tenant; ensure alignment with division priorities and global compliance.
