Job Description

Drive the growth and strengthening of client relationships by acquiring new clients, proactively following up with existing clients, and conducting fieldwork.
Coordinate activities with various internal departments to ensure effective service, support sales and marketing activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the delivery of an excellent service experience for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Sales and Business Development, including managing shared email accounts and correspondence.
Prepare customer quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
Facilitate customer samples, designs and other sales functions to expedite the sales process.
Schedule and maintain sales activities and appointments in the jointly managed calendar.
