Airbus Defence and Space SAU is offering a Graduate Program in Spain for recent graduates in technical engineering disciplines. The full‑time program runs from 5 October 2026 until 1 October 2027, including an 11‑month internship at Airbus.
Program Details
The internship is part of the Discover program, developed with Camilo José Cela University. It combines a Master course organised in three training blocks with real‑time experience in Process Optimization & Innovation (MRO/Aircraft Maintenance). Students will work full time (40 h/week) and receive a study grant.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and standardisation of operational procedures, templates, and departmental handbooks.
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance follow‑up.
- Contribute to the implementation of innovation and digital transformation projects.
- Help track KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
