We’re seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join our Bulk Fuel team in Laverton, supporting a national operation that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a fast-moving, real-time environment. You’ll be at the centre of it.

From the moment your shift starts, you’re making decisions. You’ll monitor live operations, respond to changing conditions, and keep freight moving safely and on time. Delays happen. Plans change. The key is how you react. Your focus will be on:
Monitoring shift activity and intervening to recover delays or disruptions

Managing driver workforce performance, communication, and allocation

Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility, fatigue, and DG requirements
