📦 Dispatch Operative
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00am – 16:30pm / Friday: 08:00am – 15:30pm
Role Overview:
 We are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Operative to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis with an immediate start available. This role involves ensuring orders are picked, checked, and dispatched accurately while supporting a small team to meet daily targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders accurately in line with dispatch requirements
Checking goods thoroughly before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy
Ensuring all orders are dispatched on time to meet deadlines
Supervising and supporting a small team of 2–3 operatives
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Assisting with general warehouse and dispatch duties as required
Requirements:
