Responsibilities

• Operate an efficient distribution centre by implementing optimal processes and procedures to minimise costs and maximise working capital.
• Manage all aspects of stock handling from picking orders to shipping and dispatching of parcels and associated processes.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly inbound and outbound operations, including resource planning, departmental organisational design, relief planning, seasonal planning, and adherence to plans.
• Maintain housekeeping standards with OHS Officer engagement and audit of departmental standards in accordance with business objectives.
• Allocate resources effectively and efficiently at lowest cost according to changing needs.
