We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Dispensary Clerk/Dental Assistant** to support the Department of Restorative in maintaining efficient clinical operations while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection control. This position plays a critical role in supporting providers, postgraduate students, and patients within a fast-paced academic dental environment.
The ideal candidate will assist with dispensary management, instrument sterilization, inventory control, patient support, and chairside assistance as needed. This individual will contribute to a positive patient experience while helping ensure the smooth daily operation of the clinic through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality care.
**Location:** Newark, NJ
**Position type:** 3-6 month temp/contract role
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
**Pay Rate:** $ 23.00/hour
