Dispute Resolution/Litigation Associate Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)
Full‑Time | Hybrid/Remote Options Available | Mid‑Sussex (Office Base)
Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 DOE
Bonus: 20% of billings above £180,000
Commission: 15% of any work introduced to the firm

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Dispute Resolution/Litigation Associate Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) to join a modern, forward‑thinking law firm with a strong reputation for high‑quality civil and commercial litigation work.
This role offers a varied and intellectually challenging caseload, including corporate, commercial, property and intellectual property disputes, alongside the opportunity to develop client relationships and progress quickly within the firm.
