Dispute and Chargeback Analyst

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and resolve credit card disputes in accordance with Reg Z and internal policies
  • Manage AMEX chargeback processing, including analyzing transactions, preparing representments, and responding to chargeback inquiries
  • Review transaction histories, merchant documentation, and customer statements to determine validity of claims
  • Maintain accurate records of dispute cases and ensure timely reporting to meet regulatory and client requirements
