As the Distiller Assistant you will: Measure and weigh raw materials charge the still before production runs. Monitor production runs to ensure smooth operation and quality compliance. Record production data after each run. Assist with bottling, labelling, capping, and packing finished products. Prepare cartons, apply labels, and load/unload goods onto pallets. Manage online order preparation. Conduct weekly stock takes and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory practices for raw materials and packaging. Suppor...
