Your Job We are seeking a commercially driven Distribution Corporate Account Manager to organize, manage, and grow Molex sales through franchised distributors across the APS region (Southeast Asia & India). You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets by developing and executing strategic plans that drive both financial and non-financial performance. In this role, you will enable and engage distributor partners through structured programs, training, and clear performance expectations to strengthen their capabilities and drive revenue growth. Acting as a key bridge between internal business units and external partners, you will ensure alignment with regional and global objectives while expanding Molex's market presence through a high-performing distributor network.
