The purpose of the job is to provide superior distribution service at minimal cost.

• Develop and recommend policies and procedures to optimize distribution activities.
• Establish priorities and strategies to accomplish transportation goals to support the company’s overall objectives.
• Measure and monitor operational effectiveness utilizing key performance indicators and develop an ongoing process for updating policies and practices in response to operational needs.
• Direct and mange the priorities of distribution activities and ensure that the company’s products are distributed to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Focus on customers’ needs and persistently seek to satisfy customers, providing superior logistics services at minimal cost.
• Manage the performance of the Distribution team.
