Operations and Business Leadership
Oversee the performance and daily operations of multiple locations within the assigned district

Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, procedures, and brand expectations across all locations

Drive sales performance, profitability, labour management, and operational efficiencies throughout the district

Analyze financial and operational reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Partner with Managers to develop action plans that support revenue growth and operational performance

Maintain high standards related to food quality, cleanliness, merchandising, presentation, and customer experience

Ensure all locations operate in compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
