SummaryThis role is responsible for delivering operator training throughout Vancouver Island and must be based in the Victoria (South Island) area to effectively support our customers.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct equipment operator certification training and general safety training for customers and to a lesser extent, employees using various modalities; modalities will include Instructor Lead Training and Virtual Training

Publish public training class schedules on SBRs training platform on a 3-month rolling calendar basis to provide customers multiple class options for purchase.

Provide private classes to customers either at an SBR branch location or customer site.

Complete training records on a timely basis in SBR’s system(s) of record for retention and retrieval according to company policy.

Trigger the issuance of customer wallet cards within 24 hours of class completion.
