About the Role
Premium Retail Services is searching for a Bell District Manager to lead a neighborhood marketing team for Bell Canada. The role involves mentoring sales representatives who visit households in assigned neighbourhoods, coaching them in the field, managing staff, recruiting, and ensuring productivity and sales targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Mentor a team of sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighbourhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success.
- Spend time in field coaching representatives one on one and in group settings.
- Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
- Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements.
- Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement.
- Assist with reporting in the assigned district.
