Job Description



Our client is a gold producer, developer, and explorer in Western Australia. They are currently looking for a Process Manager as they continue to explore, discover and pursue opportunities to become a long-term, sustainable and profitable mineral producer. FIFO Perth Roster;

  • Lead processing operations with strong, visible safety leadership;
  • Drive production performance, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and operators;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and company standards;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise site performance;
