We are looking to hire a Dock Manager at our Toronto Terminal. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the productive operation of a high-volume dock within the Toronto terminal.
Responsibilities
- Leads and inspires the dock team to achieve operational goals and KPIs
- Promotes and fosters a strong Employee Health and Safety culture
- Processes all inbound loads from various origins and P&D; terminal in a timely basis
- Ensures all outbound loads depart on time and full as per network schedule
- Drives revenue growth through accessorial/cubing/reweigh activities
