Dock Supervisor

Overview

If you’re the person everyone looks to on the floor to keep things organized and moving, this role is for you! Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for multiple Dock Supervisors in the Transportation Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Supervisor will support daily dock operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role is responsible for directing floor activity, coordinating staff, and keeping freight moving safely and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person on shift: managing workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring operations stay on track.

Training will take place on day shift, with a transition to a 4-day, 12-hour schedule (Thursday–Sunday) once training is complete.
