Job Title: Document Control Specialist#
Location: Quebec City, QC (onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch.
- Develop positive relationships with key customers.
- Assess customer needs and gather pertinent information.
- Create basic work orders in appropriate systems.
- Provide status updates to customers as requested.
- Support branch operations through effective customer communication and service coordination.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- French speaking (mandatory).
- English is considered a bonus but is not required.
