Responsibilities
- Management of Document number allocation and general data issue.
- Transmit engineering and supplier documents through all procedural steps in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed in accordance with the relevant document management system and can be retrieved in an accurate and timely manner.
- Issue, track and expedite squad checks.
- Knowledge of document control functions and related applications.
- Knowledge of handling documentation for Sub-Contractors and third party associated.
- Knowledge of handling Supplier module and vendor data processes.
- Extend assistance to internal stakeholders on project handover formalities including archiving.
- Knowledge of SharePoint application.
- Assists in Record Management and Archival exercises.
