  • The Document Controller is responsible for managing the creation, approval, distribution, and maintenance of documents within the project organization. This includes ensuring that all project-related documents are properly managed and controlled throughout the project lifecycle using the applicable Document Control Systems and processes.
  • Creates internal and supplier records as required and prepares documents for transmittal to suppliers and other stakeholders according to project specific procedures
  • Maintains information in project Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Creates and maintains document numbers in the project’s Master Document Register (MDR) including supplier’s numbers (doc. ID).
  • Analyzes and controls all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and Company procedures (including confidentiality levels) <...
